Program/Project Control

One of the basic insights in project management is that the management of projects will always be conducted within uncertain environment. As a result, we cannot know in advance what is expected to happen during the project lifecycle. Therefore, we need to try to reduce uncertainty to a minimal level, as possible. One of the major processes in project management that help us reduce the uncertainty is risk management.

With risk management, including using a model “Monte Carlo” combined length of the project we are trying to reduce any possible risk that we can assess happen to finish the project successfully.

Risk management has been done in the first stage project initiation process. Once decided on the implementation of the project, we build a risk management plan is an integral part of the project management work content of the project. We help define the risks and form handling.
