Program/Project Risk Management

Risk Analysis

One of the basic insights in project management is that the management of projects will always be in an uncertain environment. As a result, we cannot know in advance what is expecting us during the project. Therefore, we need to try and reduce uncertainty to a minimum. One of the most important processes in project management that helps us to reduce uncertainty is risk management.

Together with the implementation of the risk management process, including using the “Monte Carlo” model, throughout the project lifecyclt we are trying to reduce any possible risk that we can assess that might happen in order to bring the project to its successful completion.

Risk management is already done in the initiation process of the project. Once there is a “go” decision on the implementation of the project, we build a risk management plan which is an integral part of the project management scope of work. This plan helps us to define and manage the project’s risks. and form handling.
